You need to execute.
A good idea means 1% depending on how good the idea is, a good plan is 1% if it is a really good plan, then there is 98% on execution.
I am a person that has good ideas and good plans, but not good at execution.
Sometimes I need to execute.
Better to give the idea away, than to let it die in your head.
Get some other people to help, and give them some ownership of it.
At least the idea comes to life.
