Perhaps one of the most important things you can do in the morning is chores.
Make your bed is a common one.
But doing the dishes, cleaning a room, doing the laundry and hanging are also good ones.
Shoveling snow outside is a great one too, because you get outside time as well.
I do not know why, but it seems like doing some chores in the morning is a good thing.
As is eating some fruit.
It starts you off on the right foot.
