Walking and running are the best ones in my book.
You can do them in any weather.
Force function of going outside. Walking inside the house is possible, but boring.
Being outside early in the morning is extremely beneficial, fresh air, temperature on your skin, smells.
Even before sunlight is helpful. You can do it. Just wear a safety vest and bring a flashlight or cell phone
