brain - read something good. philosophy is usually good. something that gives you insight. you can find it wherever people are working with the truth. avoid talk radio, pundits, biased points of view, political or religious.
body - walking. all time goat. some people like yoga, but walking is the goat. you get outside. you get moving. you get interacting with either people or nature. avoid the suburbs, or at least walk to a park. you get sights, sounds, smells, the touch of temperature. sunlight. you get a sense of fresh air.
