You have a problem?
Blow something else up and now you have another problem.
If you can solve that problem, boom, those sweet, sweet relaxation chemicals.
Video games and stressful TV shows are MORE stressful (to the monkey brain) and more EASILY solved.
So that is what is so nice about them.
Consider that relaxation chemicals coming from something may be a healthier way to pursue it.
Consider that solving the initial problem is solving the problem.
Consider that most procrastination comes from over-motivation (self-worth theory). Specifically equating ability, performance, and sense of self-worth. Those are not the same thing.
Do the work. Independent of the outcome.
