I like gaming at 1080p resolution, playing FPS, and high frame rates. It is still doing that. When I had the game on high or ultra settings, I ended up just turning them down.
Why? All the cool things were distracting.
Was not trying to be an immersive game, but a fun competitive game. For example, things looked better with shadows on high, but made it harder to make out enemy players.
I put the viewing distance on ultra because that is worth it. I turned all the effects down. The fun part is playing with friends and talking and goofing around. The graphics are not a huge draw.
High FPS is nice for being competitive.
I might consider turning the graphics down even further. Make it a game.
How far can I stretch this?
